What is live
The Kashnio network operates its mainnet chain identity, deterministic state execution, validator-certified checkpoints, public RPC access, finalized-state indexing, explorer inspection and self-custodial wallet surfaces.
What “controlled” changes
Validator participation remains governed while operational, release, recovery and independent-onboarding gates are completed. A new candidate cannot become a voting validator because a configuration file or process started. Membership must be established through finalized protocol state.
What it does not claim
- It does not claim that anyone can join consensus without approval and qualification.
- It does not claim complete infrastructure or operator decentralization.
- It does not treat an observer, candidate or disposed host as a voting validator.
- It does not make unfinished protocol capabilities live through marketing language.
Why the distinction matters
Clear terminology lets users evaluate the network that exists rather than a future promise. It also gives independent operators a precise set of conditions to inspect: finalized membership, checkpoint agreement, recovery behavior, signed releases and reproducible onboarding.
